Orchard Barn is a relatively new home, built in 2017 on the site of an old storage unit. Our clients were looking to extend the property to create a new lounge and bedroom that take full advantage of the South Gloucestershire views.

Our design creates a new two-storey extension, as a single storey would cause the building to "sprawl" across the site. However, we have maintained the same eaves height as the existing barn from the approach to ensure the extension doesn't overwhelm the existing house.
