The property is listed and requires a careful approach to any alterations so as not to take away from the historic character of the building. We proposed adapting the attached outbuilding as an extension to the existing cottage to create more space for the young family. We hope to make as little change to existing form as possible whilst delivering the clients ambition, a major one being to take advantage of the rolling countryside views that surrounds them.
